This family owned and operated shop is situated in the heart of the scenic Hockley Valley and offers a unique shopping experience for both the beginner and the more experienced collector.</font></p> <p><font size="4">The picturesque Niagara Escarpment setting boasts an outdoor garden railway which best exhibits G/#1 scale, the ultimate in model railroading. Fund raising activities are also a part of the Hockley Valley Railroad and visitors to the outdoor garden railway are encouraged to make a charitable donation.</font></p> <p><font size="4"><img src="sign2.jpg" align="right" border="0">There is also an indoor HO scale layout under construction for display, testing and fun. An extensive selection of in-stock major brands awaits those modeling in HO and G/#1 scales. Other scales are also available at the shop.</font></p> <p><font size="4">However, there is much more to the Hockley Valley Railroad than the merchandise. There is owner David Goodhue's passion as a collector behind every aspect of the hobby. A North American train enthusiast for more than three decades, David will have the answers to all of your model railroading questions. He is a supporting member of the NMRA (National Model Railroad Association), COGRA (Central Ontario Garden Railway Association) and the Hockley Valley Railroad Club.
